Every piece is made on demand. This means your order is produced after it is placed, helping us avoid overproduction, dead stock, and unnecessary waste. Because of this, shipping times include both production time and delivery time.

Order processing and production

All items are made to order through our production partner. Please allow time for production before your order ships.

Estimated production time: 2–7 business days

During busy periods, product launches, holidays, or high-volume drops, production may take slightly longer.

Shipping times

Estimated delivery times depend on your country, shipping method, and local carrier conditions.

Canada

Standard shipping: 6 –12 business days after production
Express shipping: 5–7 business days after production, when available

United States

Standard shipping times vary by location and carrier. Estimated shipping times will be shown at checkout when available.

United Kingdom, Europe, Switzerland, Australia, and Japan

International shipping times vary by destination, customs processing, and local carrier conditions. Estimated shipping times will be shown at checkout when available.

Please note: delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may happen because of customs, holidays, weather, strikes, carrier backlogs, or other events outside our control.

Shipping rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, the shipping method selected, and the items in your order.

Because each item is made on demand and shipped through our production partner, shipping costs reflect the real cost of fulfillment and delivery. We do not hide shipping inside inflated product prices.

Express shipping, when available, is a premium service and is not guaranteed to reduce production time. It only affects the shipping speed after the item has been produced.

Free shipping

At this time, we may not offer free shipping on all orders. As a small independent brand using made-to-order production, shipping is a real fulfillment cost.

If we offer a free shipping promotion, it will be clearly stated on the website or at checkout. Free shipping promotions apply only to standard shipping unless stated otherwise.

International duties, taxes, and customs

UNBOUGHT is based in Canada. Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to import duties, VAT, customs fees, local taxes, or brokerage fees charged by the destination country.

These charges are set by your country and are outside our control.

For some international orders, taxes such as VAT may be handled through our fulfillment partner where required. However, additional customs charges or local fees may still apply depending on your country’s rules.

Any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or local charges are the customer’s responsibility unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.

We recommend checking your country’s import rules before placing an order.

Incorrect shipping addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

We are not responsible for orders lost, delayed, returned, or delivered to the wrong address because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once production or shipping has started.

Lost, delayed, or returned packages

Once an order has shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier.

If your package is delayed, please first check the tracking information. If the package appears lost or stuck, contact us and we will help review the situation with the fulfillment partner or carrier where possible.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal to pay customs fees, failure to collect the package, or other delivery issues outside our control, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
